How To Make A Vegetarian Noodle Soup

There are times when people are craving for different kinds of dishes but there is stopping the, The fear of eating unhealthy foods and building up too much calorie content that will lead harm to the body on the future. People that are health conscious prefers to eat vegetables instead even if the craving within them are so strong. But the table is now turned upside down, vegetarian pho recipes have been all over the internet lately.

Pho is actually a traditional noodle dish that is originated from the country Vietnam. What makes it different from the rest of the noodles is that it is purely made up of vegetables. When making this noodle, there are no single meat that is added on it. Which makes it safe for those people that are health conscious to eat this.

Now here is a way on how to create the delicious dish at home. The things that needs to be prepared before anything else are vegetable stock, cinnamon sticks, ground ginger, onion, garlic, soy sauce and anise. For the soup, the ingredients are thin rice noodle, oil, tofu, mushrooms, scallions, lime, pepper and Thai basil leaves.

Just by reading all those list, one can deduce how healthy this food is. Anyway, once all the ingredients are gathered, slice them into pieces. Make sure to wash each ingredients to ensure it is cleaned before cooking.

Once done, proceed with the creation of the broth. To do that, put the vegetable stocks, onion, soy sauce, ginger, anise, bay leaves and cinnamon into a large pot. Add enough amount of water in it and boil it down. Once the soup has boiled on a maximum point, reduce its heat and then cover it. Let it simmer for more or less forty minutes. This would create the flavors on boiling broth.

After about forty minutes or more of simmering, remove all solids on the soup and keep it warm while setting it aside. Now, focus on the noodles, boil it for not more than ten minutes, then drain and rinse. Divide the entire noodle into a serving that is preferred.

Now, heat an oil on a big skillet, the heat should be above medium. Put the tofu and fry it till both sides turns brown. Simmer the fried tofu with the mushroom in the broth that was made a while ago. Do this for five minutes, then top the scallions afterwards.

Once everything are all set, the noodle can now be added on the broth and decorated with few garnish. Serve the noodle with the lime, bean sprout as well as the pepper. The basil should be placed alongside the bowl.

The nutrition facts of this dish is that its serving has only four hundred eighty three calories. This has twelve point six grams of fat and a carbohydrate of seventy seven point seven grams. Its protein content is sixteen point six grams with no cholesterol. Its full nutrition is not that bad for people that are after their regular diet. Aside from it being uniquely delicious, it does not have meat at all.
