You can then take a string and use it to tie the bird with the legs up and the neck facing down this is the best position to put it so that the blood is fully drained.

When you are recruited for this kind of job the experts will take you through a certain kind of training. In this training you will know the things you need to do while working in the plant. You will get the basic knowledge used to kill the chickens in the plant.

Having worked in this field for along time and you have some kind of experience you can advance your superiority. This could be done by using your free time to attend to part time classes so that you study food processing and agricultural science. They will require you to study it until you have a bachelors degree. After this you may be promoted to a higher level as a supervisor or even a manager.

Dissect the fowl, after that use your hand to remove the intestines, digestive system. This also should be done carefully so that the spleen does not burst in it.if that happens it will be a terrible thing because the food will be bitter. If you have any plans to save the liver and gizzard you can separate them from the other internal organs. These are the necessary things involved in quality chicken processing.
