Through baking. Prepare your oven by heating it to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Cut the pumpkin to half. Grab a dish and place the pumpkins in them. Then place them inside the oven. Exactly after an hour and a half, turn off the oven and let the pumpkin cool down. At this point, it should already be tender. Scoop the flesh to finish.

If you boil it, begin by cutting it half and removing the stringy parts inside. Peel it then cut to chunks. Place these chunks in a saucepan and pour some water. Begin the boiling process until the chunks become tender. Once it has cooled, mash it using a potato masher.

Through microwave. Same with the other two, cut the pumpkin to half. Turn on the microwave and set it to high power. Place the vegetable inside and allow seven minutes to pass. Turn off the microwave and wait for some minutes to cool it down. Mash it.

These methods are just the beginning. There are newer recipes developed today to accomodate the demand. This holiday seasons, try out something new with these delicious pumpkins and enjoy your Christmas.
